Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel
- Go to Organisation → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription below your current plan.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Note
Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
What happens to your data
Your organisation, devices, software, subscriptions, and every other record stay exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses. If you resubscribe later — on Base or Professional — everything is right where you left it.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time from Organisation → Billing, the same place you cancelled. There's no waiting period.
