Creating your account and organisation
ClearAsset is organised around organisations — each business or team has its own isolated workspace. When you first sign up, you'll create your organisation and become its admin.
Step 1: Sign up
Go to clearasset.uk and click Start Free Trial. You'll be prompted to enter your name and email address and choose a password.
Note
The Base plan includes a 14-day free trial. Card details are required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends — cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.
Step 2: Create your organisation
After signing up you'll land on the Create Organisation screen. Enter your company or team name. This name appears throughout the app and on reports.
You can change your organisation name later from Settings → Organisation → Profile.
Step 3: Choose a plan
You'll be asked to select a plan before accessing the dashboard:

Tip
Not sure which plan to pick? Start with Base — it covers the 14-day trial and you can upgrade to Professional at any time without losing any data.
Step 4: You're in
Once your organisation is set up, you'll land on the Dashboard. From here you can:
- Add your first devices under Devices
- Bulk-add existing assets by pasting or uploading a spreadsheet into the AI assistant
- Invite team members under Organisation → Members
