Complete terms are being finalised. By using ClearAsset during this period, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with reasonable use expectations for a B2B SaaS product.

1. Service

ClearAsset is provided by Apex Studio Codes as a subscription SaaS product. Access is subject to an active subscription or trial.

2. Acceptable use

You may use ClearAsset for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to store unlawful content or attempt to disrupt or access systems beyond your authorised scope.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The Base plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We may delete data from cancelled accounts after 30 days.

5. Limitation of liability

ClearAsset is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Studio Codes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
